I offer a range of different online Pilates and Barre classes throughout the week. Join in live or catch up with my recorded classes available on request.

Kick off your week with this powerful flow. We work the muscles from head to toe and keep moving throughout! This class is Intermediate level.

BARRE BLAST

If you've hit the mid week slump you need this session! Re-energise and continue to build strength through your whole body. This Class is Intermediate level.

30 minute Barre class to get those muscles on fire! All over body workout using light weights, a barre (chair makes a perfect replacement) and mat!

Thursday 7:00pm-7:45pm

GENTLE PILATES

This class is the perfect way to end the day, giving you time to breathe and unwind whilst leaving your body feeling strong! This class is suitable for all levels.

Saturday 10:30am-11.15am

SUPER SATURDAY DYNAMIC PILATES

Are you ready to feel powerful?! This Dynamic class could well be your next favourite thing! Designed to improve strength, coordination and wellbeing, this session is guaranteed to take your Pilates practice to the next level.
